Ordering Information

Simply follow the step-by-step online purchasing procedure. When you have placed your order we will quickly send you an email to confirm receipt and organise the speedy despatch of your goods.

Credit Card Security

Ordering over the internet with credit cards is security guaranteed. All details are confidential while input on the internet and then sent to us using secure data encryption software. This means that all data input on our site is coded and can only be decoded by us.

Prices

Prices include VAT but are subject to change, in line with current VAT.

We try to make sure the prices displayed on our website are accurate, and items are held in stock. If we are unable to supply a particular item or there has been a price change we will contact you as soon as possible after you have placed your order.
If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund any monies you have paid.

Payment

You can pay by any, Visa or Mastercard credit card or by Switch or Delta debit cards.
To ensure shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent over the internet.

Delivery

Stitchline Ltd aim to provide a fast delivery service on all stock items, and we aim to despatch goods within 2 working days. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to availability of stock or other circumstances beyond our control. If there are any problems regarding a delivery we will contact you as soon as possible after we have received your order.

Returns

We believe you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

All goods must be examined on arrival and if found to be damaged, we must be informed, and confirmed in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.
No claims for damage will be considered beyond this point.

No claim for shortage or loss will be considered unless details of such are made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If you return the product in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of your purchase we will refund you any money you have paid for that product. All parcels must be sent back by recorded delivery or Parcelforce at your own cost.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt of goods with notification by email.
We refuse the right to issue a refund if the goods returned to us are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first and we will inform you of our returns procedure.

We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate, complete and current at the time of its inclusion, however we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the website and Stitchline Ltd reserve the right to make changes on this website at any time without notice. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
We provide this site and its contents on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible to you if we unable to  provide our internet service for any reason beyond our control.
